"Easier Than I Expected"
I thought finding the right fridge online would be more of a hassle, but the website was straightforward. The filters actually helped narrow things down quickly, and checkout was simple enough that I didn’t get stuck anywhere. Better experience than I was expecting.

"Warranty help was surprisingly easy"
I had to contact support about a warranty issue, i expected it to be a whole thing, but they got it fixed quickly. I was actually making coffee while waiting for a reply and ended up forgetting about it for a minute, but by the time I checked back, they had already helped me out. Nice and simple, which I really appreciated.

"Return was fine... refund took a bit"
The return itself went through without any real hassle, so that part was okay! The refund just took longer than I expected, which was a little annoying. Not the worst experience, but yeah, I wish it had been faster.

"Showed Up Right on Schedule"
I ordered a dishwasher from AJ Madison, the delivery actually came when they said it would, which almost made me suspicious because that never seems to happen anymore. The tracking was decent, though not exactly some top-secret government-level precision system or anything. I did get a call before they showed up, so at least I wasn’t left guessing all day like part of some delivery-window experiment. Overall, it was a good experience. My only complaint is I wish the delivery window had been a little smaller.

"I reached out to customer service thinking..."
I reached out to customer service thinking it might take forever, but they got back to me really quickly and sorted everything out without making it a whole thing. i was just relieved. Then suddenly I was like, wow, okay, this was actually painless.

My dishwasher showed up damaged, which was annoying ngl, but they handled it fast and sent a replacement quickly. Thx for making it right.

My order did show up fine in the end, but the communication along the way wasn’t great. I had to reach out a couple of times myself just to find out what was going on. What annoyed me even more were the aggressive reminders after placing the order, but somehow the actual updates were slow. Not a terrible experience, just wish they were clearer and less pushy.

"I found the fridge I was looking for"
I didn’t expect them to have so many appliance options. I’d already checked a few other sites, but this was the one where I finally found the exact fridge size I needed. The filters were really helpful, and I liked that I could compare different models without feeling overwhelmed. For me, it made the whole shopping process a lot easier.
